Mushrooms stuffed with basmati rice is easy to cook, just better use big mushrooms.
Cook rice in the saucepan with salted water.
Wash mushrooms, cut out legs and place on baking tray - spread with oil, bottom up.
Finely chopped onion fry on pan with preheated oil.
Then add sliced legs from mushrooms and fry until golden colour.
Add cooked rice, salt, pepper to taste in frying pan and stir well.
Fill mushroom hats with rice mixture tightly as possible.
Preheat oven to 190c.
Cook about 20 minutes, until ready.
